Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RoIntel, operated at rointel.com. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the service.

Description of Service

RoIntel provides Roblox UGC (User-Generated Content) and game market intelligence tools. The platform offers features including trending item tracking, breakout detection, portfolio analytics, game statistics, category analysis, Discord alerts, and revenue estimation. The service works by analyzing publicly available data from Roblox's public APIs to surface market insights and intelligence for Roblox creators and developers.

RoIntel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Roblox Corporation. All market data, revenue estimates, and analytics provided through the platform are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. You should not rely solely on RoIntel data when making business or financial decisions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use RoIntel. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Each person may maintain only one RoIntel account; creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or for any other purpose is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Subscription Plans and Billing

RoIntel offers three subscription tiers: Free, Pro ($19/month), and Creator Pro ($29/month). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page or Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, meaning you retain access to paid features until the period you have already paid for expires.

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining days. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes do not apply to the current billing period. Downgrading from a paid plan to the free tier removes access to paid features at the end of the current billing period.

Free Tier

The free tier provides limited access to RoIntel features, including restricted search limits, limited breakout views, and reduced access to certain dashboard sections. Free tier limits and feature restrictions are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, expand, or restrict free tier access at any time without prior notice.

Acceptable Use

You may use RoIntel for personal and commercial purposes related to Roblox UGC creation and game development. However, the following activities are strictly prohibited: scraping, crawling, or programmatically extracting data from RoIntel beyond normal browser usage; reselling, redistributing, or republishing RoIntel data in bulk or as a competing service; using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform beyond normal API usage within your plan limits; sharing your account credentials with others or allowing multiple people to use a single account; attempting to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or paywalls; using the service to harass, defame, or harm other users or Roblox creators; reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the platform; interfering with or disrupting the service's infrastructure; and using the service for any illegal purpose.

Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Intellectual Property

RoIntel and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding Roblox data) are owned by RoIntel and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The RoIntel name, logo, and branding are our trademarks and may not be used without our written permission. Roblox item data, thumbnails, and game information displayed on the platform are the property of Roblox Corporation and the respective creators who produced them.

Your Roblox items, creations, and intellectual property remain yours. Linking them to RoIntel for tracking purposes does not transfer any ownership rights. By linking your Roblox account and items, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display your linked items and creator data within the platform solely for the purpose of providing analytics and intelligence features to you.

Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

Market data, trending information, breakout detection signals, and revenue estimates are provided "as-is" based on publicly available Roblox data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on the platform. Revenue estimates are approximations based on public metrics such as favorite counts and pricing, and should not be relied upon for financial decisions. Clone detection results are algorithmic assessments based on similarity analysis and do not constitute legal determinations of intellectual property infringement. RoIntel is not responsible for any decisions you make based on data or analytics provided by the platform.

Discord Integration

Connecting your Discord account to RoIntel is optional. If you connect Discord, role assignment (Pro or Creator Pro) is tied to your active RoIntel subscription. If your subscription is cancelled or lapses, Discord roles associated with your subscription tier are automatically removed. Alert delivery via Discord depends on Discord's availability and uptime, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted delivery of Discord notifications.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for downtime, data delays, or service interruptions caused by factors within or outside our control. Changes to Roblox's APIs or platform may temporarily or permanently affect certain RoIntel features, and we will make reasonable efforts to adapt but cannot guarantee continuity of any specific feature.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the nature and severity of the violation. Upon termination, your access to the platform is revoked, your subscription is cancelled, and any Discord roles associated with your subscription are removed. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to limitation of liability, intellectual property, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will remain in effect after termination.

Limitation of Liability

RoIntel is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available without interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RoIntel and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to RoIntel in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RoIntel, its operators, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. For claims with a value under $1,000 USD, either party may elect to resolve the dispute in small claims court instead of through arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of RoIntel after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may cancel your subscription and delete your account before the changes become effective.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RoIntel regarding your use of the service. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
